Etix Blast! Gets Rolling in Raleigh

Ticketer delivers diverse group of sessions for conference North Carolina-based ticketing company Etix, which has market footholds in music clubs, fairs and festivals, historic theaters and performing arts centers, launches the 2019 edition of its Etix Blast! conference Thursday in downtown Raleigh. With its diverse client list, Etix will offer something for just about everyone, though the building blocks of the business show up throughout two days of sessions: marketing, tech, customer service, ticket security and strategies for running a better box office. White noted it would not only give buyers piece of mind but also might persuade prospective purchasers to hit the “buy” button.  Mississippi State University and the University of Colorado are among the first of Paciolan’s clients offering the insurance. Newport Beach, Calif.-based TicketGuardian recently announced an $8 million Series A funding round led by American Family Ventures and IA Capital Group, bringing its total funding to $13 million.
