A lawsuit filed in New Jersey's Superior Court in October has named the National Football League (NFL), the New York Giants, the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, and the food and beverage operators there, Aramark, among others, as having some responsibility in a 1999 car accident which left a two-year-old girl paralyzed from the neck down.
