Founding Circle Members Named Founding Circle partners were named this week as part of a new sustainability platform for venues, dubbed GOAL, for Green Operations & Advanced Leadership. The platform is being launched with the help of the green building guru who’s been at the forefront bringing people- and planet-friendly innovation to facilities, including Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle. GOAL was developed by VenuesNow parent company Oak View Group, the NBA Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena and Fenway Sports Group, which includes Fenway Park and Anfield stadium in Liverpool, England, and Jason McLennan, who has been called the Steve Jobs of the green building movement.
