Becky Gardenhire. (Courtesy WME Nashville) Becky Gardenhire was named co-head of WME Nashville, making her one of the first women to lead a major agency. WME Nashville’s other co-heads are Scott Clayton, Joey Lee and Jay Williams. Gardenhire joined WME as an assistant in the TV department of the Beverly Hills, Calif., office. She relocated to Nashville in 2003. In addition to her leadership position, Gardenhire oversees a roster of clients including Jake Owen, Jordan Davis, Lanco, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Tenille Townes, Ingrid Andress, Sara Evans and Trisha Yearwood. Last year, Gardenhire was named CMA’s Talent Agent of the Year. She serves on the boards of directors for the Academy of Country Music, T.J. Martell’s Nashville chapter and the W.O.
