Rich Krezwick

Veteran arena manager Rich Krezwick has joined the Association of Luxury Suite Directors’ senior leadership team. Krezwick will lead the international division in a partnership with Jeff Morander, ALSD CEO, and Katie McIntyre, executive director of the international team. As an advisor to ALSD, Krezwick will focus on global expansion and innovations in premium hospitality. Over his 45-year career, Krezwick has run multiple arenas, including TD Garden and Prudential Center. He also served as executive vice president of the Boston Bruins for nine years. Krezwick later worked for AEG Facilities and ASM Global for about eight years. He’s been a consultant for the past two years.

Greg Nortman

Greg Nortman has stepped down as president of Logitix to pursue other interests. Nortman joined Logitix in 2017, when it was known as Dynasty Sports and Entertainment. He was named president in 2021 after five years as the company’s chief strategy officer. Nortman’s experience includes a stint as Ticketmaster’s director of strategic partnerships. His replacement was not immediately announced.

Joe Salem

See Tickets North America has promoted Joe Salem to managing director. An announcement notes he will be leading the company’s growing operations. Salem previously served in the role of chief commercial officer. Salem headed up the company’s accelerated growth in his last role, growing the “top line recurring revenue more than 10 times over the past six years.” See Tickets North America, which was founded more than 25 years ago, is a subsidiary of global content, media and communication group Vivendi.

Mark Turcotte

Concert promoter Outback Presents has named former Cox Media Group marketing executive Mark Turcotte as senior VP of marketing. Turcotte began his career as a professional musician in Syracuse, New York, moving into media in 1987 and becoming an award-winning promotions and marketing director. Turcotte began his new role at Outback Presents’ North American Nashville headquarters effective July 18.

Irene Hedges

Irene Hedges has been named chief strategy officer at Santa Monica, California-based ticketing company Tixr, where she will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives including new business verticals, corporate development, and international expansion efforts. Hedges most recently served as senior vice president of corporate business development and strategy at Warner Bros.

Stephen Zito

Stephen Zito has been promoted to assistant director for Convention, Sports and Entertainment Facilities/Alamodome, announced recently by the city of San Antonio. With more than 30 years of experience in managing sports and entertainment facilities, Zito has managed thousands of events and was general manager of the Alamodome for more than six years. Zito opened the Dome in 1993 as facility manager and spent eight years there before leaving for AT&T Center in San Antonio in 2001. Michael Flores, who began at the Dome in 1993, has been named general manager.
