Innovations proposed for the 325-seat, $12 million Festival Center planned for Rockport, Mass., include a 20-foot-square window at the back of the main stage. This will put a sunset background to concerts and shows, a unique aesthetic innovation. The window will also be visible looking in the front door from the street side, giving passersby a glimpse of the ocean behind the building.
