Richard Dym will serve as chief marketing officer of Spotlight. He spent the last 15 years marketing software as a service and cloud and hosting products and services to companies worldwide. Most recently, Dym worked as CMO of OpSource. He has also held CMO positions at AXIS-One, SiteSmith, Tribal Voice and ParcPlace Systems. Spotlight was founded in 2007 and provides web-based ticket-management solutions.
