JOE’S A GO: Fat Joe perfoms at the Loud Records 25th anniversary show Jan. 30 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. (Getty Images) Steve Rifkind’s hip-hop label Loud Records’ 25th Anniversary at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall came in fourth on our 5,001-10,000 Capacity chart this week, grossing $450,751 at the iconic Big Apple venue. Just under 5,000 Loud Record fans paid between $79 and $255 to see performers including Mobb Deep, Big Pun, Dead Prez, Twista and the Wu-Tang Clan. Live Nation promoted the show. Country legend George Strait’s residency at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas continues to pack a punch and landed in the No. 1 spot on our More Than 15,000 Capacity chart this week. Strait grossed $4,175,323 off two shows. Attendance was 31,556, with a ticket range of $50-$499. Messina Touring Group/AEG Presents promoted the performances. (Getty Images) George Strait’s performances have been rare since he retired from regular multiple-date touring five years ago, but he’s back on Hot Tickets this month. Two sold-out performances from March take the No. 1 and 2 spots on the largest capacity category, More Than 15,000. Much fanfare accompanied the King of Country for his top-ranked performance March 17 as he smashed his own attendance record at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, drawing 80,108 fans at NRG Stadium. The concert — the 30th of his career at the Houston event — racked up $12.6 million and marked the end of the annual rodeo, which kicked off Feb. 25. With special guests Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen on the bill, Strait surpassed the attendance record he set during his last record-breaking stint at the rodeo in 2013.
