For the past few seasons, with the exception of Lil Wayne and a few others, the traffic at sheds featuring bills with all hip-hop acts has been fairly light.
But this summer, in addition to a strong bill from Wayne, with T.I., and Future, there is also an old-school package tour with such legends as LL Cool J, Public Enemy, Doug E. Fresh, and De La Soul and the just-announced second annual "Under the Influence" tour with a solid bill of newer and up-and-coming acts.
