Conceived by Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and Live Nation’s Michael Rapino, the new live entertainment space is situated in the Dallas Design District in a refurbished furniture store and warehouse next to the Mavericks’ practice facility and just blocks away from American Airlines Center, where the Mavericks play.
