(Courtesy Chandler Center for the Arts) Chandler Center for the Arts undertakes renovations, rebranding The Chandler Center for the Arts’ 30th anniversary season has been a dream come true for the Phoenix-area venue’s general manager, Michelle Mac Lennan.  The venue kicked off the season with Melissa Etheridge, Squeeze, Strangelove: The Depeche Mode Experience and a screening of “Say Anything” hosted by actor John Cusack, all entertainers who have inspired Mac Lennan. “I had an ’80s dream fulfilled every minute of every day,” Mac Lennan said with a laugh. “I think we finally have built the team and put all the pieces into place.” A high point of the season will be the Center Stage fundraiser, a 30th anniversary gala called “Groovin’ Through the Decades,” on Oct. 26.
