Former Red Sox exec moves to mobile ordering tech company

Mobile ordering platform Noble has named Jon Dienstag vice president of strategy and development.

Dienstag spent the last 15 years running strategy for the Boston Red Sox’s concessions and merchandise retail businesses, where he led initiatives to enhance and innovate the ballpark concession experience and introduced and integrated numerous food and beverage related sponsorships.

Dienstag graduated from Harvard and began his career as a summer intern with the Red Sox in 2004. He went on to serve as special assistant to then president and CEO Larry Lucchino.

Noble’s ordering technology is built so that fans can order, pay and choose their desired pickup or delivery locations without downloading an app.
