Performers will play hundreds of musical numbers on the stages of Milwaukee’s Summerfest June 27-July 8, so allow us to offer up a few numbers here on the improvements at American Family Insurance Amphitheater, the biggest venue at Henry W. Maier Festival Park, home of the event. More on Summerfest here. $50 million Cost of the two-year renovation. 26 feet Distance the pavilion roof was raised as part of a four-month project. 65 feet Height of the roof now. 19 Dressing rooms at the renovated amphitheater. 9 Loading bays, with room for 13 semis. 6 New permanent LED screens in the amphitheater.
