Central Florida Fairgrounds is three miles west of downtown
Punk rock fans in Orlando, Florida, will need to dust off their leather jackets in September. Brew Ha Ha Productions’ Punk In The Park — American Road Trip, a traveling rock and craft beer tasting festival, will be stopping by the Central Florida Fairgrounds on Sept. 14 and bringing notable punk acts like Alkaline Trio, The Vandals and Dead Kennedys.
The San Clemente, California-based event producer announced the first wave of bands to perform at Punk In The Park Orlando on Friday, and the bill includes Black Flag, T.S.O.L., Down By Law, Swingin’ Utters and Dwarves. More artists will be announced.
The event will have performances on two stages with no overlapping set times.
The 87-acre Central Florida Fairgrounds is only three miles west of downtown and offers ample parking.
On the fairgrounds is the 10,000-capacity Orlando Amphitheater, which has hosted shows by Blink 182, Da Baby, Dirty Heads, Kodak Black, Pitbull, Travis Scott, Toby Keith, Tyler The Creator and Wiz Khalifa since it opened in 2016.
Tickets for the event are on sale now via the festival website.
General admission tickets start at $59 (not including fees) and VIP tickets that include upgraded restrooms, an exclusive bar and designated shade areas start at $149. For an additional $10, fans 21 and over can add a craft beer sampling that showcases the best regional and national craft beer, hard seltzer and cider.
The event is open to fans of all ages.
Fans can also travel via a Lynx Bus that will stop at the main entrance.
