The show, promoted by Live Nation is the first public event at the $1.2 billion stadium in Arlington. Supporting acts are Jamey Johnson and Yola. The Rangers announced the concert today. Globe Life Field, a retractable-roof stadium with artificial turf designed by HKS, marks a new standard for concert production, according to project officials.
