First job in the industry I started Goldstar. Favorite part of the job We’re literally in the “fun” business. So, it’s the shows, our wonderful network of people who make them happen and, of course, connecting our members to those shows. Least favorite part of the job When logistics go wrong and customers have a confusing experience. It’s tragic for people to have the delightful experience of a live event and a great night out spoiled by the nuts and bolts.
