The Appalachian and southern migration to Chicago in the 1950s established a country music presence in the market. Over the past 25 years, Warm and 26-year business partner Tom DiSanto have provided a Midwest welcome mat for the format through Joe’s on Weed, Joe’s Live, the Windy City Smokeout country music and barbecue festival.
