(Getty Images) Eagles hit New Zealand and Australia The Eagles headed to Australia and New Zealand for a five-city stint in February and March to kick off the band’s 2019 road schedule.  The five members of the iconic band played their first gig in New Zealand. Auckland’s Spark Arena hosted the first stop on the trek, a two-night run Feb. 26-27 that produced a gross of $3.2 million. Both shows sold out, moving a total of 19,645 tickets. For the second engagement, the group traveled to Dunedin on New Zealand’s South Island and played the lone stadium during the 17-day Oceania trek. The performance, at Forsyth Barr Stadium, drew 31,519 fans and earned a $6.6 million gross. Both dates score a slot on this month’s Hot Tickets. (WireImage) Zimmer’s works lure in Londoners; basketball scores in Vegas Film score composer Hans Zimmer has another hit on his hands with his new production, “The World of Hans Zimmer — A Symphonic Celebration.” The new touring show, which presents the composer’s works arranged for a live symphony orchestra for the first time, is sweeping through Europe with its stop in the SSE Arena, Wembley, in London, taking the top spot on our 10,001-15,000-capacity Hot Tickets chart this week. The show grossed $815,924 and drew 9,508; the ticket price range was $62.78-$89.69, and the show was promoted by Kilimanjaro Live. An non-music event ranked fifth on our 5,001-10,000-capacity chart: the West Coast Conference Basketball Championships, which grossed $1,454,192 from 10 games at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. (Courtesy Messina Touring Group) Louis Messina is the promoter with the golden touch: Eric Church’s, two shows at Greensboro (N.C.) Coliseum, topped our 10,001-15,000-capacity chart this week with a combined gross of $2,972,763, attendance of 31,570 and a ticket range of $29-$149. The Messina Touring Group/AEG Presents shows are the latest in a long string of successes for the Nashville-based promoter. Topping the 5,000-or-less chart is the show that never rests: the Shen Yun Performing Arts show that seems to play in every city in the world every year. The version that hit The Smith Center at Reynolds Hall in Las Vegas, grossed $1,211,060 from seven shows, with 9,635 attending. The price range for tickets was $80-$220. Live! Roundup: Church Off and Running With Double Down Tour

(Getty Images) Eric Church began 2019 with the launch of his Double Down tour that spans the first half of the year booked for two-night engagements at venues in 18 North American cities. Generally, the tour schedule features a Friday and Saturday performance in a different city every week. Although most of the shows will be staged in arenas, the country superstar added a stadium date, May 25 at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, as part of Memorial Day weekend. As he did on the Holdin’ My Own trek in 2017, Church will forgo opening acts and perform marathon sets for each show, drawing from his six studio albums.
