Oak View Group, parent company of VenuesNow, is leading redevelopment of the 60-year-old city-owned arena in partnership with The Baltimore Development Corporation, Fundamental Advisors and Thirty Five Ventures, a company founded by Durant and his longtime manager and business partner Rich Kleiman.
