(Courtesy Chase Center) Mark Jeffers will oversee all internal F&B programs at San Francisco arena San Francisco’s Chase Center, home of the Golden State Warriors, in partnership with Bon Appétit Management Co. and Levy, selected Mark Jeffers to be the first culinary director at the new 18,064-seat arena. Jeffers will oversee all of Chase Center’s internal food and beverage programs, from concessions to premium event, game-day, suite, theater box and other VIP catering. He will lead a team of a Bon Appétit executive chefs and executive sous chefs and 200 culinary staff members.
