Track Room EDM club to have capacity of up to 1,600 Thomas Turner, founder of Arizona EDM and dance music promoter Relentless Beats, is making bold statements about Track Club, a music venue set to open this fall in Phoenix.  “There’s nothing near this nice in downtown Phoenix,” Turner said via telephone from Europe.  “It’s going to become a flagship for Arizona nightclubbing featuring the best of the best,” he said of the $10 million project, in which he is a partner.
