A pair of NBA arena operators will headline a sustainability session during the fourth VenuesNow Conference in Seattle.

Amanda Mann, senior vice president of Rose Quarter Operations and general manager of Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, and Alex Rodrigo, senior vice president and general manager of Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, will both participate in the panel discussion, titled “Clean & Green: Keys to Operating a Sustainable Venue.” Mann was among VenuesNow’s 2020 Women of Influence, now Women of Live.

The two other panelists are Jennifer Kearney, founder and president of Gotham Energy 360, a New York consulting firm, and Tod Hynes, founder and president of XL Fleet, a Boston-based company specializing in sustainable electric solutions for commercial vehicles.

The conference will run Oct. 21-22.
