Arenas in that audience magnet were among the most prosperous in the region during the past year, attracting large crowds to see a steady parade of boldface names and major stage productions. However, venues in Las Vegas weren’t the only ones in the region generating robust ticket sales. AEG Presents Will Manage The Joint

(Erik Kabik) Expanded role comes as Vegas venue’s hotel home rebrands AEG Presents has expanded its role at The Joint, the 4,000-seat music venue inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, and will now manage it. AEG, which officially takes over operations in fall 2020, has booked concerts at The Joint since it opened in 2009. The timeline with developer and Hard Rock casino owner JC Hospitality Partners coincides with next year’s rebranding of the property as Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. As part of the agreement, The Joint will upgrade its second floor with improved suites and more premium seat options.
