The last few years have been a blur for many in the live sports and entertainment business, and any talk speculating about whether we’ve fully entered “the great comeback” or trying to determine what “the new normal” may look like has mostly been drowned out.
That talk has been replaced by roaring fans rooting for their favorite team or band — in an industry with renewed emphasis on customer service amid a push to all-digital ticketing at venues across the board. Producers of live entertainment have responded as they always do, putting fans first — and figuring out new ways to do it better.
